These days. There are more and more girls lifting weights for their respective sports they do at school or just love lifting weights too get stronger and build muscles.

Tallpowerhouseblonde, i agree that women that love lifting weights and build muscles should look feminine and not look like with a deep voice or have man face. and i always encourage the women or girls i work with that they can build muscles and get stronger but will not look like men with out cheating by taking steroids. and can look very feminine

It varies.Some women prefer not to have muscles.I want to find my limits.I believe women that work our should still look feminine.No deep voice or "man face"
I use heavy weights when I work out yet never touch steriods.I think that is cheating.I love being strong.My upper arms are thicker than most men's thighs
