I Admire Depth And Understanding

If you do not acquire direct experience with what you say you believe in whether that’s spiritual, religious, any other thought form you come across... If you do not internalize it and truly grasp its nature and aren’t aware of how this ‘truth’ interacts with your nature, you shouldn’t ever accept it as your own belief. If it never ends us sitting well with you it’s not yours to believe in no matter how it’s presented to you. Granted, there are times where it can take cycles to come to an acceptance of certain ideas and call them your own, but things should be more scrutinized and brought to light before we take them on as our own beliefs. Beliefs shape our identities and are what causes rifts when they’re not understood, and how they are valid just as any other belief.

We’re here to believe in whatever we do and it’s possible to live amongst those with varying beliefs harmoniously if we can open our minds to this. Without fighting over it, that’s unecessary and we’ve had enough already. We lack the direct contact with this information and conscious effort to believe in what we do because it’s an automated response to just accept things. It’s not completely your fault but it is your responsibility to make it right for yourself. We’ve all incurred some damage from this in some way or another, and the time spent now we’ll be better off supporting one another to be aware of this more. Believe in what you do consciously.

This is so true! 🍃 Sometimes I do struggle over an acceptance of certain situation, it takes many repetitions and cycles to come to an understanding and to actually let it go.

Being conscious about every day interactions and beliefs is needed, but most of the times, I stop being that conscious until I start feeling trouble in my heart. I am trying to be more conscious after the end of the day, at night before sleeping.

Responsibilities and family sometimes take more time and I still have to learn to be more conscious around people. I am good at being aware of thoughts and beliefs when alone lol 😅

Regardless of my spiritual, religious and moral bearings, I have always dwelt in the ideals that I can coexist in a society where tolerance of other perspectives and beliefs are standard. Everyone has their own moral compass. Religion does not define who you are. Neither do your beliefs. Your actions do and they reflect the most intimate parts of you.

These days if we are not VERY conscious we are lost.

Its JUST that simple.

It's push-becomes-shove time. We need eyes all the way around, above and below... and internally too.

@Platoscave Yes, and those especially in the public/political arenas that are loudest aren’t necessarily right. It’s loud influence but doesn’t make it right one.
Very well put.
