I Am Lonely

I don’t think I have friends to really rely and trust anymore. Thought we had a stronger bond than that but ok. It doesn’t bother me but I’m quite lonely on top of being depressed. Maybe I do need to go back to my therapist. Can’t afford it tho.

I miss my dogs.

I know its difficult but you need to get out and meet new people. it may help a lot, talking and laughter is the best therapy of all and you can do it. What have you got to lose by trying 👍 I wish you the best of luck 🌺
