I Am Concerned About My Mental Health Sometimes

Just the other day, I had vivid hallucinations about war. Like I was a soldier, fighting. I was waking up for school but when my alarm rang, It was like an explosion. I woke up with adrenaline and kept seeing flashes of me running on a battlefield and shooting my rifle at people. I couldn't eat. Trying to brush my teeth; I kept thinking a grenade was in my hand. It felt like my head was going to explode. I startled my mother and she made me stay home. I spent the rest of the day listening to veterans and their stories.
