I Am Turning 40

It’s my 40th Birthday today. When I was young I never thought I would reach 30. Then when I was in my 20s, I was absolutely certain of it. And yet here I am at 40. I’ve cut out a lot of the self medication I would participate in and I’m taking it a day at a time
