I Don't Add People to My Circle Just Because They Add Me

I have had to rethink adding people to my circle. I've added too many people who never chatted or talked to me. Because of this, I have reduced my circle number twice. The first time it went from 83 down to 18. The second time was 18 down to 5. If you're not going to talk to me, don't bother adding me.
