I assume you work in healthcare, and this is one of the things that terrifies me, that one day I might end up under the care of a monster like you and be unable to defend myself. You're in the wrong profession if you don't have compassion for people. Extreme obesity isn't as simple as you think it is, and if you can't treat people with respect, please go into construction or manufacturing or some other profession where you won't be interfacing with people as much, especially people who depend on you and are vulnerable.

@prettywoman Before I gave up, I had mostly gotten this big from years of yo-yo dieting and depression. I don't see how anyone would choose to be morbidly obese, its not a real life. Though it may be a kinky goal for some, I would call it more a way to find happiness in the life I have.
