I Dont Know Where To Put This

I have had moments when I felt like my body wasn't mine. It's like I am "watching" myself in through someone else's eyes and I actually had moments where I thought I wasn't human and as if I was being controlled (the feeling like a robot thing) by something that's always making me sad.I know it doesn't make sense but I worded the best way I feel and I'm not sure if everyone goes through this or if it's a mental thing.
