I Am Proud of My Son

I admired my Son as he maticulously made his climate change protest banner last night. We talked at length about the world as he sees it through his young, naive eyes and I admired his passion and immediate concern. Something I didn't have at his age, talks I didn't have with my Father.

So at 15 he will join the protesters in London today and skip school. I'm just pleased he cares about something with great passion.

Thinking back to my own lack of concern at 15 it reminded me of this song. Best wishes to all the young caring students today. ❤️

My kids make me proud. My son is often in London on protests he passionately believes in changing the world.

My old employer is supporting the strike allowing staff one hour to protest outside the campus. Not often an employer supporting a strike just shows how important this is.
