I Am Determined

I would like to be literate enough in using the English Language.
Back in my childhood days, I wasn't exposed in reading English books or articles. I thought it's okay to disregard it since it's not my first language. But then , now that I'm in college I'm regretting that I haven't read much.
However , it's not yet too late for me to read more books , learn more difficult words, study the structure of english, the grammar etc to use it effectively and efficiently when needed. I know , little by little, I'll be able to make it .
