I Believe The Silent Treatment Is Emotional Abuse

I've just been throwed to the silent treatment by my father and the scornful face of him because i didn't agree to do what he expect and tell me to do and i felt so indignated and lonely and i can not even cry about it and I'm feeling so uncomfortable right now.
