I agree on firm boundaries as long as the expectations on the children are realistic. They shouldnt be expected to be more patient and mature than adults. Their parents need to sets a good example and give them lots of love with their boundaries

Routine is what children need. Strict bedtimes, bath times, study times, etc - always adhered too.
