I Am Algerian

Partially, yes, there have been few things omitted to portray the hirek as an agreeable popular response, non aggressive and peaceful, these people who are going on the streets aren't representatives of the will of the entire nation.

They are not all Algerians.

There are Algerians who suffered the consequences of the black decade and would not want another war, esp not against le pouvoir.

Le pouvoir alone, fought and still fight against terrorism. Without any support from the outside. The longest war fought by the most experienced army against terrorism and people seem to forget that. They are in power bcause thy have earned being in power. Without them, the country would have been another afghanistan.

The protesters had demands that were already fulfilled and now they are just going out without any purpose. It's chaotic, they close the roads, they assault you for speaking against them and they're influenced by foreign powers who would gain greatly from instability. Oil and gas, that's what they want while they sell them the dream of non corrupted democracy.
