I Am Tired Of All The Slut-Shaming

On my quest of the deconstruction of negative labels I’d like to address the negative labels applied to women. We live in a world where a social stigmas block people from looking at others as human beings. We form an idea in our head where we think, “That person doesn’t believe what I do? Must not be unequally yoked, stand aside.” We look at a woman not being ashamed of herself, or a woman who has a different lifestyle than what is traditionally accepted and the labels of S***, W****, B****, and the rest slip out of the mouths of many. I don’t believe anyone should be negatively labeled, not even men, unless:
1) A person is of potential physical, health, and emotional harm to others where boundaries are disrespected, others are taken advantage of/used.
2) A person is forcing someone to do something they don’t want to do.
3) A person is coercing someone without the mental capacity to make mature decisions of what they are doing.

Aside from a person being “dangerous” or “harmful” which are the labels I would use to describe someone I want far away from me and others, all these endless words from A to Z are unnecessary and bring nothing but deterioration in empathy and regard for those who are different from us yet pose no threat.

If you don’t like a lifestyle a woman lives, then don’t live it yourself, but there is no need to degrade another human being with your same core fears and desires as if they were a mere object or only useful for their mechanical function.

We all get angry.
We all use negative words when someone doesn’t do or act the way we want.
Because we are trapped in five senses that seek their own pleasure.
Because we have an ego that seeks to be elevated by imagining we are so good and proper in contrast to.... them.

But it is time to open our eyes and see yourself in everybody else.

What life did the person you are currently are fed up with live?

Which one of us actually has the time to truly listen and care for others who can bring us no benefit whatsoever?

See the world we live in? And yet here we still have the guts to criticize even more when none of us have truly been listened to just told.... do this, do that, now do this, do that.... oh you didn’t do that.... you’re not my true friend.... you are _____________.

No one asked to exist.
No one picked this world to exist in.
No one picked their bodies, their mind, their bodies, their instincts.
We are all forced to adapt in the desire of positive consequences and the fear of negative ones.
We are scolded and taught to suck up emotion and just get it done.

And you ask what is wrong with the world?

Have we ever thought that one small act. The words we use to describe one another, could make a greater difference than we realize?

Have we ever thought that just a small ounce of empathy and regard to at least just listen or not negatively label once in a while... maybe... could help someone actually breathe, and smile?

Think about it.
