I Want to Tell You About My Day

Im working out...working out...working out...sweating third day in a row but the fat is not melting away... im about to give up 😞😞😞

I ve listened to all possible motivational songs on youtube in three days...arrived at this... cant find anything else...ran out of motivational resources sigh

That's great, keep up the good work, your body has to change modes, from lazy ass to bad ass...in a few days you will start to feel great 💪🏻

@fun4us2b lazy ass...for real, im fighting my brain every day...its literally telling me quit it stop it its too hard

@MsFugger Once you get over the hump, you will look forward to it...the key is the first few times that you don't feel like going....just go...drag your unhappy self there and just go through the motions. After you do that a few times, it will become easier. Also, as far as the food thing, you really don't need to focus on that just yet. Once you have a strong exersize regime, you will then be ready to work on your diet. You become more selective on what calories are worth working off...
