I Want to Tell You About My Day

Im working out...working out...working out...sweating third day in a row but the fat is not melting away... im about to give up 😞😞😞

I ve listened to all possible motivational songs on youtube in three days...arrived at this... cant find anything else...ran out of motivational resources sigh

What type of workouts? Key is to keep your metabolism running and to keep the workouts varied. your body gets used to routine. But. 3 days is not going to make a noticeable difference. Less sugar, more lean protein. Good luck

Well....lol introduction to lifting weights 101 😄 i guess....hurt my collar bone yesterday the whole damn shoulder ....planks...if anyone saw me do ....try to survive through a 1 minue plank...🙈.they would laugh very very hard...strugle ...

There's absolutely no need to start at 1 min. Start 30 secs. Or whatever you can hold. Form is more important than time. Then add a few seconds each day as you feel you can. Look up crunchy frogs (real ab workout) and Russian twists. Add them in.

@Hotroute22 but but with 30 sec it will take me another 10 years to lose half an inch ... 1min burns more...but I'm shaking almost falling on the floor ...glad no one sees it...only my son starts cracking up

1 min will def burn more, but you can hurt yourself if your in poor posture due to not holding form correct. You'll quickly work up to 1 min in just a few weeks

@Hotroute22 ya posture is bad....after 30 sec it just try to stay UP in all possible human and inhuman postures
