Get up and read or watch TV or something, and as soon as you feel the next wave of sleepiness, go back to bed. Don't panic, if it comes to it you can lose one night's sleep without a big problem.

@SW-User ☹ that sucks, it's really hard to sleep like that. Remember not to panic, though. Even if you've got stuff to do tomorrow, you'll still be able to do it.
