I Got The Cane Or Slipper In The Sixth Form

@MartinII No, I actually gone home to get my homework which I had forgotten to bring that day for the next lesson. I did not want to get a detention!

@shirleym56 Poor you. Rough justice! Had you been caned before?

@MartinII yes but I never took it well, not at school or home

@shirleym56 It’s not easy to take a proper caning well.

@shirleym56 We were always caned at the end of the school day so we could go straight home to recover and not have to try to sit on a hard classroom chair with a sore bottom!

@Rebecca54 Lucky you! There was no such consideration at my schools. It was back to class with a sore bottom and tear stained cheeks!

@shirleym56 I was really ashamed to get the cane at 17 when we were treated as adults. My previous caning at 14 was 3 strokes. It was the first time I had been caned on my bottom and not so bad as I thought it would be. There was a sort of bravado at the time to get the cane and i remember showing off my stripes to my friends the next day

@JoBlak We were lucky - no one else heard you being caned as they would all be in class. The only exception would be if more than one girl was being caned for the same thing (which was rare). The others would wait outside and could hear the first girl being punished before being called in for their caning

@Rebecca54 That was my first experience of the cane. I had just joined from Primary school where the worst we ever had was the slipper but my sister had warned me about the cane in Senior School. I had not been there long and had to go the see the Headmistress's secretary. I could hear squeals coming from inside the Headmistress's Study. I guessed what it was and my stomach was in knots. Eventually a sobbing girl came out rubbing her bottom incessantly. I vowed never to get the cane ... a vow that did not last the first term!

@shirleym56 My first experience was in my first term at senior school as well - I got 2 fairly light strokes on my palms for a fairly minor offence (I can't remember the details) I think I was a scapegoat to let everyone in my year know "that you could get the cane". I didn't get caned on my bottom until I was 14

@Rebecca54 We were never caned our hands always on our bottoms. The first time I got the cane at school it was not new to me because my Mother would take a garden stick to me at home. I found it worse though I think because it was a stranger, I was a very shy girl and hated knowing that she was watching my bottom stuck out like that. We were never caned on our bare bottoms but one of my Headmistresses used to gather our knickers together to expose as much of our flesh a she could.

@shirleym56 I was only caned on my hands once. Did you have to bend over a chair for your canings - there was a large padded leather chair in the head's study which we had to bend over so that your bottom was resting on one of the arms. My caning at 14 was over knickers with my skirt folded back and my caning at 17 was over trousers.

@Rebecca54 My experiences at school were always of bending over and touching my toes until I could feel my knickers stretching tight over my bottom. Ugggh!

@JoBlak Ha Ha Jo, I bet your PE teacher loved it when he had to slipper your bottom!

@shirleym56 Did you manage to stay bending OK for the cane without support. I would have probably staggered forward on impact. I can remember how my trousers tightened around my bottom when I bent over the chair.

@Rebecca54 Yes but sometimes I would jerk up if the stroke really stung and plead to let me off the rest

@shirleym56 Bet they didn't let you off!! I could bend over, hands on knees for the slipper OK but that was not the same force.
