I Have Asthma

I was recently diagnosed with adult onset asthma. Hate it! Currently searching for triggers unrelated to stress! We'll see!

I could only imagine! Sorry. Maybe it is smog/pollution related if you live around a city or factories. I am thinking environmental for you!

It appears to be stress, sheep and farm life. I am willing to persevere for my daughter, but extra frustrated when I can't breathe '. Thanks for caring and your input!

@Jtathb: I own a forestry farm with horses ponies chickens Berkshire hogs and a slew of dogs. Allergies got me, and I had to seek out the monthly shots hopefully to build up immunity to allergies! Three years will tell. Yes I get the daughter thing too; mine is the owner of those horses and ponies and a dog!

Something at 38. WAS a long distance runner. I've adapted. Life is basically a trigger. No cats, keep furnace filters clean.
