Yep. I discovered that method this summer, because I wanted citrus fruits in cakes and stuff, and I found out that oranges and lemons are the highest in pesticides and herbicides.

@sweetpea: Yep, most of us do that. That is why when we were little we heard the saying: "Rinse well!" In translation: It has tons of toxins.

Sounds easier than the veggie wash, too--you can do all your fruits and veggies at one go, rather than piece by piece.
