Mixing it up w/ fruits- healthy

Four ingredients: tangerines, mango, a packet of sweet and low (optional) and water blended in a food processor
Note: you can mix up any fruits you want.

@soar2newhighs cheat days are allowed coz that ensures we stick to our diet longer.
Why add sweet n low? I think it’s delicious without it...
@Vivaci when I make a blueberry cheesecake, the sugar coating of the blueberries and the resulting liquid rendered becomes a base for the glaze for the blueberry topping.
Cool! I use bananas and blueberries for that sole purpose. Try to avoid sugar as much as possible. @soar2newhighs
