I Cooked Fried Cornmeal Mush also known as Polenta For Breakfast....

Was in the mood for something different and had cornmeal to make it.
“Poor man’s porridge” made it a few times.
Syrup over it ?

@Stillwaiting No syrup, just had it plain. I cooked it in real butter, that’s a good flavor and the edges were crispy.
@cherokeepatti Like mine savory, but know some use syrup or honey

i know this sounds [b][i]corny[/i][/b] but 🤔 polenta is a-[b][i]maize[/i][/b]-ing 🤣 i'm not proud 😞

@tenente It’s different....reminds me of fried fish without the fishy flavor.

@Lilnonames sounds good, I haven’t had corned beef for over a year, I like to cook it in a slow cooker and add potatoes, cabbage and carrots.
