What kind of potatoes do you use for Potato Salad?
Usually a do the big white ones but recently I have used Baby potatoes and didn't peel them like I do the bigger ones. And found them to be really nice.

I was thinking of doing a hot potato salad for tonight with Baby potatoes. I'll need some pine nuts, red onion diced, celery sliced, capsicum diced and 4 tablespoons each of sour cream and sweet chilli sauce and mix it all up. @Blanksheet
