What are your favorite cookie recipes ?

Our famlies favorite is called Banana Nugget Cookies. They are an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie with banana in it. A nice chewy cookie. And most important for us, it travels well.

When I was eating grains and sugar I would make ginger-molasses, lemon, chocolate chip-walnut, chocolate fudge-chocolate chip and other types of cookies, but I make low-carb treats now. Wanting to make some of these little gems.
I can make them low carb

Peanut butter Peanut butter cup cookies.

The trick that I've found to making them is to freeze your peanut butter cups first, then unwrap them and store them back in the freezer. That way you're not trying to unwrap half melted peanut butter cups in a hot kitchen.
