Accept these gifts

I spun the stars in the night sky for you.

You told me the darkness in between was too cold for you to touch them.

So here, have the moon instead.

Alas, the moon is too heavy to hold you told me.

Then take the sea, it carries the moon and stars in its eyes.

But i cannot swim and will surely drown you said.

Please then, take my heart it created the stars for you.
It gave you the ocean and the moon. It is all i have left.

Your heart does not shine like the stars nor is it strong like the moon.
It holds nothing but a reflection of you .....
