I Am Openminded To New Experiences
30 Days.... I'm trying to get my friend and I to do this 30 day thing starting in Feb. Where were gonna go 30 days without food, besides Fruit and Veggies, but barely any if none every few days. I know it'll put us into starvation mode, but I want to do it, to feel like the Children do in Africa, barely anything ever few days. She alwaysss complains she's starving, and I really want to try and show her what it's really like. Any ideas on how to keep it up, and I know after you put your body into thinking it's starving and transfers everything into fat, how can I slowly go back into eating without gaining any weight. I'm super athletic, and always on the run and away from home. Just take it slow ? Or is there certain things to eat?
