I Love Old Buildings
Old Or Really Old?... Living in East London, I am spoiled for choice with old buildings - my house itself was built in 1863 and survived the blitz and many other traumas of history. If the walls could tell stories I'd probably be terrified or at least distressed among many other emotions :)
The short jaunt into Londen Proper is always good, the mixture of completely new architecture like the Gherkin, The Shard, the London Eye, contrasted with London Bridge, the Houses of Parliament, Buck House and Lots and lots of others. A Photographers paradise :)
The interesting thing in London is that 200 year old building were built in place of even older ones 8)
