I Im Trying My Hardest Even When Im Sad

I often get down, feel alone, anxious, scared but I keep fighting and being brave, facing my anxieties, I'll keep looking for the good, the things to be grateful for, the laughter and joy in every day. I'll keep trying to give myself understanding and compassion, until one day I eventually heal and can feel okay as I am / content
