I Get Yelled At For Stupid Things

Not sure if this was stupid, but I remember when I was 10 I got yelled at by Amelia for telling her cousin that guys didn't have boobies. She told me she could call them that until she learned. I didn't quite see why she needed to yell at me though. She could've just told me she didn't want me to tell stuff like that to her cousin. But oh well. If you get yelled at you get yelled at?

You can try and yell at me, it triggers something in my mind I won't stop yelling for hours. It's not my nature to yell but don't yell at me every action has a reaction.

@Jay04Sch: I wouldn't. But being yelled at while someone is also angry at the same time triggers my panic attacks. Which isn't good.

@KandiGhostcat: I perfectly understand that. When someone yells you don't hear anything it's like blah blah blah so there's no effective communication. Sit down and talk in a calm manner. I don't get pannic attacts when someone yells at me I'm not going to stand there and be yelled at I yell back much louder.

@Jay04Sch: It would be nicer if people talked in a calmer manner. Cause usually I just think about keeping my panic attacks under control rather then listening to the person whose angry yelling at me. Since I don't want something else to be yelled at for, even though I can't control it that well.

@KandiGhostcat: if someone yells at you it's to intimidate you. If you can get yourself to turn around and walk away when they start yelling you are the stronger one. Your heart will beat like it's jumping out of your chest just remove yourself from the toxic situation.

@KandiGhostcat: more than likeky they will. You shut down and ignore and don't listen and keep walking eventually they will get tired of yelling.
