I Have A Cousin

One of older cousins Johnny expresses that he has a crush on me. I was a bit shocked but now, it’s starting to show. He’ll hold my waist when he gets the chance, kisses me on my cheek too. I have told him we need to settle boundaries but, he doesn’t but seem to understand & I love him as a cousin so, I’m not too sure what to do at this point.
