I So Hate My Mom

Before she died, I remember the last time I saw her & need to get that off my chest.
So, she decided to come over drunk as hell & beat the crap out of me. But, the last time she came over before she died of an O.D, I faught back. She ended up choking me while holding me down on the bed & my uncle trying to get her off & her giving him a punch to the nose. She ended up getting a fork & stabbing me in the thigh with it & that was the last straw for me. I already went completely mad cause of her & I’d be damned if she got away with it again. So, I kicked her in her crotch, pushed her off me. She banged my head against the wall but I ended up pushing her harder & my uncle grabbed her arms from behind & led her to the door & literally tossed her out. He called the cops after that & they got he away. I was sitting on the floor still, & my uncle helped me up & took care of my wounds. My head was bleeding from a cut from the wall, my nose was bleeding too & my leg was cut pretty bad. My uncle ( being the father that he is ) gave me a huge hug, picked me up & of course I asked if he was ok & offered him some ice. He said he loves me with all his heart & that I was very brave. I told him I love him too & we both kinda chilled for the rest of the night. Just had to get that off my chest.

Please build up your toxic radar, that is not to allow those that are a drama person to flavor your life. Their will be more to come, smell them out, avoid them.

Build up your self worth, then your anchor of you will be more secure.

Know that others will trigger these same hurts in you, you will get reminded by others. Find movement to get into, so that you can release this angst from your body, else it will burden and drain you out.

In time forgive her and forgive the events/situation that caused her inner pain.

Find peace for you, in you. (YOU won't find this peace in drugs, stuff or people)

@SoFine Oh, I don’t feel pain anymore. And as for forgiving her, I tried but now I’m over her

@RosieQ yet you write about her, you still think on her. We release us from them, when we release us. If you ever become a mum, she will feature in your child's life, she may be dead, yet she lives on in your DNA.
JC that’s horrific - your life is trauma, well that incident anyway...good that you have a loving and caring uncle.
