Keep smiling! Smiles are more contagious than any harm in this world. Whether you know it or not a smile might just change someones day and stop a stupid decision. *Edit* I can't tell you the times, I've had a bad day or a bad week and someone, a stranger, smiled as we passed and seconds later I was smiling and my day changed on a dime.
