I Hate Corrupt Police

We don’t need to keep hearing the “there are good police officers .” Reteric I assure you that we know there are decent men who wear badges .

But if they are quiet or complicit during the actions of their partners /peers will that not be more visible than any prior kind act ?

They do need to clean house and the culture in Law Enforcement agencies i.e. Police.

@TexChik The mayors of the city, city councils are not doing their job to lead the LEAs of their city. It has been delegated to Police Chiefs and neglected.

@Pfuzylogic The Sherriff is the hugest law enforcement official in each county and has authority over local police departments

@TexChik in a large city it is the police.
Sheriff are assigned to a county with primary responsibilities are working with the jail and collecting overdue taxes.
They don't enforce the law in large cities where much of the neglect of civil rights has been.

@Pfuzylogic according to the law ... the sheriff is an elected official with the authority to enforce the law in his county . His authority superceeds any other law enforcement officer in that county ... except the state police which are an extension of the governor

@TexChik This is focused on the corrupt police and for the most part it has been the police that has violated the civil rights of suspects.

@Pfuzylogic it seems like the perfect defense now for criminals who get arrested ... they claim civil rights violations . Granted a FEW officers stepped over the line ... but not ALL officers . Your blanket accusations are offensive and solely political .

@TexChik I have no problem with the accusations asserted. Civil Rights are a requirement and not a choice.
They are forced to be babysat by a body camera because their previous integrity was compromised by a few. They should follow trumps advice and rough up the losers so not everyone gets punished.
