I Have Messy Handwriting

We moved in the middle of 3rd grade. Even though we moved within the same (large) district, the school I left wasn't teaching cursive yet and the school I moved into already had 3rd graders writing exclusively with it. Couple that with being left-handed, and my writing was always sloppy. Teachers in middle school would ask me to print; teachers in high school asked if it would be possible for me to type if I didn't want to print.

Now that I'm almost 50, it's only gotten worse. I have arthritis and carpel tunnel, which makes griping a pen/pencil difficult. I also have a mind that moves way faster than my hand. 🤷‍♂️ The worst is when I can't read my own notes, which thankfully doesn't happen often...
