I Have An Amazing Boyfriend

Here's a problem, though. I'm in university to be a primary school teacher - I'm 18, almost 19, whereas my boyfriend is 26 and has a very good job as a drilling engineer. I love him for his personality and looks (I know it's shallow, but it's true), but most of my family keep implying I'm with him because he's got a really good salary. Yes, it's true that I wouldn't have a house if it wasn't for my boyfriend, but I would still be with him if he was a toilet cleaner. No one gets us. People treat me like an idiot, and him like he's a genius, but they don't know about all the time he's asked for my help and gotten me to sit with him for hours helping him write pages of reports (his dyslexia is the worst I've ever seen, but he's incredible when it comes to mathematics). I love him to bits, but people just want to rip us apart. Are they jealous?
