That's very cool... I have a business colleague who is a full-time base jumper. He wears one of those wing suits... quite cool.

I've always wanted to try gliding. I imagine it to be quite peaceful yet exhilarating.

Good for you. Airplane and glider pilot here, but nowadays glider flying is my favorite because its so relaxing, not to mention less expensive.

Gliding is SO awesome. Anyone ever get towed up at http://www.harrishillsoaring.org/HHSC/PilotGuide.html? We asked for special flight, and did loops, wing-over's, and stall's. SUCH a BLAST!!!

I have my PPL for powered flight and thought about hang gliding. It is something to add to my bucket list.
