I Want To Make Art For The Sake Of Art

I painted this. The plan was for it to be considered as wall art in an audiologist's office. But it has stirred some things...inside

I - like so many of us on sw - find solace in our online relationships. Many of us are ep refugees. Even though we don't encounter each irl, we come to be emotionally dependent upon one another. Then...shit happens...and people bail...and we are left not only lacking in our 3D world but alone and isolated in cyber-ville, as well.

This painting...is an accumulation of images and experiences and conversations with virtual friends. Each and every one now gone - at least from my contact list. Yes, it has an ear for the audiologist's consideration...but it will forever contains bits and pieces of me and my experiences.
