I'm watching Riverdale on Netflix. It's a modern take on the old Archie comic books.
The plot centers around secrets--everyone has secrets. Everyone has desires--secret desires that they share with no one.
And all that happens is people get hurt. They hurt each other and they hurt themselves.
We all have secrets, but how many really need to be kept? And how many need to be opened up, to be exposed to the cleansing light? How much lighter would you feel--how much higher would you fly--if you weren't weighed down with the secrets in our souls?
