No, just a standard one. It is not "full of spam and junk" but does attract some. Not all such messages are criminal. More are direct and indirect advertising ones from genuine firms.
I do not receive advertisements on the telephone, but about half of the criminal attempts are by 'phone, including silent calls.

A couple of years ago I bought two band-saw blades from Machine Mart, and ever since keep receiving their e-post publicity for things like garage equipment and wood-burning stoves! It's about time I blocked them. If I want something I will ask them, and for my specific need.
On the other hand....
My banks sends a short, e-post satisfaction questionnaire every time I use it for anything needing counter service (i.e., more than simply using the ATM). I do not object because I now reply by praising not only their service, which genuinely is good, but also for still having a readily-accessible, physical branch in the town-centre.

Not so much secret but Gmail leaves a lot to be desired. It’s all Russian bullshit and sex related garbage. I’m not fond of this whole google stuff.

I have an old email account on a friend’s domain I don’t use anymore that somehow always got UK spam, like weird spam from banks and the HMRC.
rjc36 · 61-69, M
That is odd. Is the domain in the UK?@summersong

@rjc36 I never figured it out. My friend was originally from Ireland but he was living in the states so who knows. One of life’s mysteries.

@summersong that's the majority of uk spam trying to get bank details etc.
