The date was pleasant. I knew that he was being too persistent. Nice guy but he's not my type. He's really in his own world right now. I can tell by the responses to the topics of conversation.
He's very passionate about his identity and is unsure of his purpose. I guess that's what is out there in your late 20's. I've seen this before.
I don't mind being his friend for an occasional lunch to catch up on how his dating & life experiences go.
Will I personally pursue a romantic relationship with him? No. He's not my type.
