Would you refer to your notes during a virtual interview?

Like just glimpse at them?
I mean I know you wouldn't read notes in and in-person interview but since I'm home and able, do you think peeking at notes is okay?

Yes its ok. Do whatever helps but don't loose focus on the interviewer and on following closely whats happening.
You don't want to seem aloof or like you are goofy and aren't following
