I Got An Interview
Had my interview and weld test today, all the nerves yesterday were unnecessary, absolutely smashed it, guy says it’s looking promising for me getting the job, happy days!

Your young and can do this!!
Keep in mind as you get older physical work gets more challenging.
So do have something vto fall back in...like computers or Construction Inspection..
Be sure you secure a retirement plan now if you can..

@aradia11 thanks for the advice! I am interested and already partially skilled in CAD, so that’s something I’ll be looking to get into aswell when I can, this is my foot on the ladder though!

@TripHazard great your interested in CADD..if that's computer Aided drafting...(I have been doing this for 24 years)
If I may advice this LEARN to design... weather it's civil or mechanical etc.. That's where the real money is..
