@SW-User Grilled is awesome. Slice it lengthwise clean out the seeds and fill it with a ground beef and rice or use chicken then bake it.. Cook the meat first.

@Degbeme ohhh I thought grilled meant BBQ....that sounds delicious what oven degree and for how long?

@SW-User It does mean BBQ. 350 for about and hour and a half or until tender.

@SW-User Either. If you do the BBQ warp it in foil with salt and pepper and a little oil. If you do it in the oven use a glass dish and cover with your choice of tomato sauce foil covered..

@SW-User No, I put a bit of olive oil on the sliced pieces and season it and put them on foil on the grill and flip them. I have an electric grill, so I try to prevent fires 🔥🤭 You can also make a zucchini quiche 😌.. I actually have one too that someone gave me and you reminded me to see if it’s still good. It’s good and huge 😂
