I Work Even When I'm Not At Work
I work in tech, specifically front-end development, which means I am on the front line for support tickets and questions, which usually wouldn't be the case, but since the company is small, they can't afford to employ support specialists.
Anyhoo, I have to say, I absolutely hate working through issues with 80% of people, they tend to believe they know more than they actually do and break x even more, or type a ton of abuse, telling us to do our jobs better, while I am working overtime to compensate for the developers we don't have but really do need.
I am comfortable working with users, but it is so bloody draining. I am here to code and take part in certain meetings, I never joined to be a support agent, it's quite frankly a waste of resources which could be used to work on the bugs before they happen, but no, the company refuses to employ people.
