I Have a Doctor's Appointment

I have a doctors appointment for tomorrow, the 5 november at 2:20 pm to hopefully start transitioning with hormones in surry hills, forgot to call today to confirm so i'll call tomorrow morning and let them know, but finally! Yay to me!
