I Have a Phobia of Needles

I have a serious phobia of not only needles but blood as well .If I see hypodermic needles or blood I get dizzy feel sick and pass out .When having a blood test I have to look away and when the nurse has finished she has to put the needles and blood vials out of sight or end up with me on the floor .
