Get them off the games and TV. Have fun playing in the fresh air

Staying inside and going outside are not mutually exclusive, there is a choice, and if their choice is to stay in and play games then so be it.
It's a different time from when we were younger. We HAD to get out and about as there was bugger all else to do.

@nevergiveup They do at school. They still play sports, do PE, cross-country runs etc.
