I Think Children Should Be Encouraged to Play Outside
Read Or Gtfo... All I know is that if my kid wants to stay in, he'd (or she'd) better be reading a book, not watching TV or playing video games.

I just think that TV is passive. They can watch as much as they want when they're older, but I want them to do things that will engage their mind and spark their imagination like only reading can do. That, or spending some quality time imagining outdoors.

hmm. seems sorta strict but a time limit or days its alowed may be better. I hadly ever play vidgames any more.
