Job interviews are always awkward at first. It's like learning to ride a bike. After you do a few, you get the hang of it and next thing you know you're sailing through them.

Qualifications for the job is important but so is your confidence level. You can't convince anyone else you are qualified until you believe it first.

Been there. One of my best (and most successful) job interviews ended with me saying, "At this point I'm ready to stab someone for a job."
They laughed and I was hired on the spot.

Ive had job interviews that went badly. In retrospect, the job wasn't a good fit for me and i was just posing as a strong candidate and hoping they liked me anyway.
