I Have Psoriasis
I had a fine streak of clear skin on my face for a while, but now the patches are starting to come back. Gosh this is so frustrating. It had to be on my face of all places😩

I feel your pain. The only thing I can do is give you advice.
1. You need a diet change. The skin is a physical representation of your internal health. Go on a elimination diet. With Gluten, Eggs and Dairy.
2.Shower and apply vaseline every night.
3.Drink lots of water and take antihistamines.
